All of the children are exposed to a well-rounded program in early childhood education. Classes are kept small (a low ratio of 12 children to 1 teacher per class) thus allowing individual instruction.
Lessons are planned according to the age and maturity of the child. Our year-round program includes phonics, pre-math, science, arts and crafts, music, creative movement, cooking experiences, kindergarten readiness, social development, language development, sensory, gross and fine motor development, cultural awareness, health and hygiene, chapel studies, a fundamental sports skills class and a dance class. Occasional field trips and guest speakers from the community add to our learning activities.
A large grassy play area, areas for bike riding, and large play equipment provide the children with a pleasant atmosphere for outdoor play and provide a challenge for physical growth.
A nutritious morning and afternoon snack are served daily with milk. The children bring their own lunch. We have refrigerators in each classroom for food that needs to be kept cold and microwaves in each classroom so that we can heat up lunches if necessary.
